A small victory!

No pic but my son loves a Subway sandwich and I bet him I could make the sandwich he loves at home, so managed to get some rolls like the one he has, he loves tuna Mayo, with sweetcorn, don’t ask ha ha, so with some tuna and light Mayo, mixed and warmed in the oven, toasted roll he’s demolished two of them one after the other, a result! Hopefully he’ll prefer homemade going forward! 😂😂

Actually, it's not the fillings, but bread itself that is the most unhealthy. White bread has a higher G. I. than pure sugar.
