All of us need some timesavers recipes that cut down time.

Understand a lot of this all busy families and so on.

I use a timesaver for me is flavoured spiced Chicken can be BBQ or Chinese

Some are cooked ones I buy not cooked just a marinade covered.

Into the Slow Cooker.

Add equivelent spice mix to Tomatoes and Onions, shred the Chicken.

Freeze when cooled down add to zip bag sauce bag add when defrosted.

Noodles, Rice, Beans so on oven warmed through.

Hope these you enjoy I do love these.

BBQ CHICKEN

Need BBQ chicken pack drumsticks or wings.

BBQ spice mix. use one teaspoon or your taste.

Lot of Chicken .

Onion Bag frozen or fresh .

Passata

Stock cube or what ever you have made up.

Use a stock cube tip add to sauce then water hot works dissolved. activates spices as well.

Method.

Everything Slow Cooker Onions, Chicken, Stock cube, Spices, Passata.

On four hours low.

Shred in Slow Cooker removing bones skin .

Used for the following any of the BBQ chicken.

BBQ sandwiches mayo and salad.

Add into a saucepan add mixed spicy beans tins .

Use with Rice microwave ones add Peppers frozen easier.

Just some ideas.

CHINESE CHICKEN

I make this a casserole stew with added in Kidney beans when defrosted could use Noodle or Rice.

CHINESE CHICKEN

Chinese Chicken thighs flavoured with Five Spice Powder.

One Bag frozen onions or use fresh.

Five Spice Powder Chinese one teaspoon .

Passata jar or carton.

Stock cube.

Method.

All everything Slow Cooker. Chicken, Passata, Stock cube, Onions.

On low four hours shred Chicken serve with portion sauce pan or Oven kidney beans.

Or Noodle or Rice.

Peppers Chinese Veggies . If you so wish to add Sweet Chilli Sauce or Soy.

All recipes cooled down frozen in to zip bags or sauce bags.

I have some Five Spice Powder, so I'll think about giving your 'Chinese Chicken' recipe a go - it sounds very tasty. Thanks for sharing those recipes.

Hello good morning to you thought give you some more ideas.

Five Spice Powder happy to.

The most common dish in Chinese Restaurants is Chow Mein using Mince but I make this with.

Meatballs Pork ones available supermarkets ready made. Also Pork Shoulder steaks or use Chicken Thigh.

Basically this the one pot Chinese meals used up anything fridge.

You need Onions.

Five Spice Powder to taste.

I use half teaspoon.

Chillies, Ginger Garlic use jars simply easier buy Purees of all these tubes.

One teaspoon each or adapt.

Any veggies I buy these Chinese frozen veggies can purchase. Matter of choice just add to sauce or add end defrost to a bowl. Add boiling water and pour drain and allow to .

Find some veggies frozen easier to addlater these contain Mushrooms get too soggy if add to sauce earlier.

Use Passata tomato based product.

Stock cube made up.

Use my Slow Cooker set it up and used after four hours added to noodles broken up.

So helps.

Other ones same spice mix.

Spicy Beef.

Pack of Beef Mince everything as added before Chow Mein but add in Peppers.

Mushrooms.

Chilli Garlic, Ginger.

Passata.

Five Spice Powder.

Add the same measurments could add here Sweet Chilli Sauce or Soy many recipes all of these different ones find one you like make it your own.

This my one for Children.

Tomato Chicken based on a mix of some of the Chinese recipes.

All my favourite veggies plus takes minutes in the stir fry pan or wok or whatever you have.

Need the following left over Chicken or use cooked ones Thighs.

Onions.

Five Spice Powder to taste.

Passata carton, tin cherry tomatoes.

Mushrooms any sliced.

Peppers any frozen fresh your choice.

Ginger, Garlic puree or use a jar to taste I use half teaspoon no chilli .

Can add if you wish to.

Stock cube made up.

Soy sauce a dash

Note I added Stock cube to saute pan added boiling water often do that saves measuring.

Add to the pan Chicken cooked or Prawns whatever you have.

Use here Noodles to Wok , pre vacuumed packed cooked Noodles. No water.

Get thick ones all sorts, look on line.

Also use this with Microwave Rice pre cook fitst if you wish to or add to pan.

Just some ideas.

One tip next time if you visit a Chinese ask them anything the staff.

Will help interested any time be amicable.

Done this asked Italians and Indian cooks chefs staff working in restaurants they always friendly.

I do hence the recipes these are the result.

Chinese food restaurants tailored British Tastes often simple one pots few ingredients.
