You can freeze beans and pulses any . Cook in the soup batch this up and got instant soup.
You all have beans and pulses even baked beans be fine with this.
Warning this is a frugal dish no frills no food preparation of much.
Slow Cooker is used here.
Blender or Food processor soup stock sauce.
INGREDIENTS
One jar Passata
Onions used diced bag big one .
Stock
Herbs Italian mix included Fennel Seeds.
One teaspoon.
Tomato Puree one tablespoon.
Tins mixed Beans organic .
Note buy Italian Herb mixes add in a jar of Fennel Seeds.
Used Fennel Seeds help with digestions eating Onions.
Buy frozen Onions or Fresh diced ready for Soup.
Buy Passata with herbs in it time savers.
Beans organic ones good value on line. Or some supermarkets.
Includes in tins Cannellini, Kidney, Borloti, Haricot.
Or other varies.
METHOD
Blender or food processor. Add Passata might not use all of it.
Add stock cube splash of water no measuring.
Herbs, puree and blitz season Black Pepper.
Add to a bowl add Onions again might not use all.
Depends size of Slow Cooker.
Mix together.
Add drained mixed beans mix in .
Layer up in to Slow Cooker and switch on.
Four hours plus long slow cook.
Low setting.
On serving with bread.
Cool and batch freeze if so wish to.
