FRIDAY TAKE OUT CHICKEN DRUMSTICK CURRY

This is my cheap budget Curry not many ingredients .

INGREDIENTS

Chicken drumsticks three per person.

Onions diced sliced.

Curry Powder any one table spoon if mild less if hot or your choice.

Tin Coconut Milk

Tin Pineapple with juice.

Tin Chickpeas.

Tin tomatoes chopped or Plum or use Passata.

Green Peppers.

METHOD

Oven seal drumsticks add to a baking roasting tray no oil just colour.

Use 150 fan or 200 needs a round thirty minutes.

Blender Coconut Milk, Tin tomatoes, chopped, Plum or Passata.

Might not use all Passata.

Curry Powder to your taste .

Blitz up to either Slow Cooker add drumsticks from Oven Chickpeas Tin Pineapple and Green Peppers diced, might not use all Curry sauce .

Onions add switch on low Four hours.

Or make sauce as above stockpot add everything , slowly simmer. Including Onions just leave it to cook.

Add before drumsticks oven seal cook through. When cooked thirty minutes add to sauce stockpot hob.

Allow to simmer warm through either whole or shred.

Forty minutes adjust timings Chicken cooked through and sauce is warm taste.

Done this with Butternut Squash and Sweet Potato diced packs.

Added to tubs frozen this and portion it for anytime need a Curry.

Used any Turkey or Chicken cut, best ones Turkey Thigh or Chicken drumsticks or Thighs or Legs.

Make it your own add other veggies or pulses.
