Hello everyone. I am a bit curious. There are a lot of posts containing the word OFF as in Veggie OFF, Mayonnaise OFF, and so on. Could someone please explain? Ta muchly.

I believe it is too show off and share your recipes with veggie, mayo etc a bit like bake off I guess

They’re on the Weight Loss Forum not Healthy Eating. If you pop on there for a look at these you will see they are like Bake Offs but with different things instead of baking.

Some really good healthy meal ideas on them too.
