An Unexpected Meal 'Yummy' too.

Dear All,

I returned from an afternoon Drive/ Walk, with my Mum, about 5pm. I put the kettle on, filled the cafetiere and put the 'remains' of yesterdays film on.

No sooner had I poured a Coffee than Michael, my neighbour, phoned. ''Would I like some Stir Fry?'' I replied that ''Yes I would'' and thanked him. A few minutes later, one of our Staff (I live in Supported Living), knocked- more correctly rang- and Passed Me a 'largish' Tupperware Type container- full of lovely Stir Fry...Wasn't I Lucky😋?

In reality myself, and Michael, 'swop' meals quite often- I'll give him a call, if I'm 'doing' say a Bolognaise- or Chilli- I think Pork Chops next.... I have a couple.

Isn't it 'lovely' when you can share food?

This sounds really good. We had stir fry here for dinner tonight, too. Low carb and high protein items. I also had a Greek yogurt on the side.😀👍🌈
