Hi, I’ve been given some mebeverine from the doctors for IBS, can anyone help me if this will help with constipation and going the toilet more regularly? Can anyone share personal experiences , that would be appreciated😊

Does it definitely help with constipation as I’ve read that people seem to experience more constipation when talking the tablets?
Perhaps have a look at the Low Fodmap diet? It seems to help some people with IBS. It’s helped me to limit my constipation.
