I am now in Mérida, Yucatan. And one of my pleasure while being abroad is to taste the gastronomy of the country I am visiting. Yesterday we went to a yucatecan restaurant and I had a Queso relleno. It’s a meat stuffed Edam chesse served with a white sauce with olives and capers. It was delicious!
