Sometimes lentils yes tomatoes without the skin but my best ingredients to date is Lemon π & garlic.
Those sound really great to me. ππ
I find that just as one cleans a raw chicken with lemon & it does so, likewise it is perfectly affective for cleaning out the fats from our human pipes so I add it into all my soups π
Hello recovering_son a soup diet has been used for decades to lose weight however it lacks some nutrients. One good way to overcome this would be to add a complete food like quinoa to your soup.
All the food we eat is broken down into 23 base amino acids and very few foods are complete foods, our bodies make 17 of these base amino acids but have to get the remaining 8 from our food and quinoa contains the lot.
