There are several regular posters here who find it excellent, I’m sure they’ll be along to reply soon.

I’ve had a lot of success with my own moderate version, I think of it as Less Carbs More Fat (when compared to the governments Eatwell Plate)

Health Unlocked has a forum specifically for LCHF, you might find some useful information there 😀

I've been on a LCHF since just before Christmas. I've lost 5lbs and it has been the most enjoyable diet I've ever been on. It's hard to get your head round as it turns everything you've always been told about weight loss on its head. The main thing is that I don't feel hungry all the time; if I do feel peckish, I'll have something to eat like a big piece of cheese. Consequently I've never felt deprived and I feel I can maintain eating like this now. I also don't have cravings. Look at the posts in the LCHF forum as Subtle_badger said and do research yourself to reassure yourself. Also check out two websites - The Diet Doctor and carbdodging.com. good luck 😊

Having tried Keto and LCHF have now joined OurPath programme which is low carb but takes a more holistic approach by covering exercise, mentor support, mindful eating, recognising triggers for overeating, changing mindset etc. It’s not free but is working for me.
