Just seen this is for pre-diabetic. Which actually I'd great as had the dreaded letter through the post the other day. Not had gotten the results from the doctor, yet but he made the referral.
So looking forward to good healthy ideas. I weighed in st 140kilo week. So I have grown a protest beard which I will shave off when I get to 110kilo. I may have a very long beard before then ....

Okay, when you get everything, please let us know what the doctor says. Also, has the doctor given you a home testing monitor to check blood sugars during the day?
