the 12 challenges of 2020

This year I will set myself a new monthly challenge each month. I hope some of you will join me in this adventure.

Chocolate and sweets have been my big addiction for the past few years, I have reflected and found I have turned to this food for comforting and reward. I want to change that .

Therefor my challenge for January 2020 is to give up chocolate, sweets and cakes.

I wonder if anyone will join with me their own challenge OR the same as mine ?

Hi Pennybee,

Good luck with your challenge. I'm not stopping things completely, but I am limiting the things that are my weaknesses...crisps and beer. Stay strong!

Great to hear, crisps should be my challenge at some point too. Please let me know how you get on, any tips on alternatives is most welcome too

My problem is that I can't just have one packet or one beer, so that's my goal. If I find alternatives to crisps I shall let you know. Let me know about alternatives to sweets and cakes! 😁
