Lost my way

So after doing really well and getting so close to loosing my 1st stone ive gone off the rails .ive eaten and drank so much in the last couple if months ive gained 6lbs. Im off to the shops today to stock up on healthy delicious food and I'll start again. Im wishing you all a happy new yr and healthy one too.

Happy New Year to you djsapg now don't beat yourself up and you know that you can lose weight as you already have. So my advice is be nice to yourself and you'll find it easier to lose weight.

I agree with what Hidden said - be kind to yourself, and I'd like to wish you a Very Happy New Year - you're stocking up on some delicious healthy food, and the New Year will hopefully be a good one.

Thank you for kind words ive made a start. Ive made 3 delicious soups and plan to do dry January. I have a winter sun holiday in 7 weeks thats my insensitive to loose a few lbs. Today i have a family meal here but im planned .I'll eat the shepard's pie but have more veg. Ill have the crumble but a smalll bowl. Little steps taken daily.

I think a lot of people will be in the same boat. I've gained about 6lbs but will be trying to eat more salad, veggies & fruit. Happy new year to you.

I put 2 1/2lbs on this week, lost a pound after Xmas, then found I had gained. So this week I am writing down evrything I eat.

B. eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms

Lunch home made veg. soup

Dinner steak chicken prawns carrots brocoli all in a cajun flavour.
