Here's a nice easy stew I made with some of my favourite veg with organic onions organic mixed beans and organic new potatoes. I made a stock with low salt bouillon a little cold water and a desert spoon of gram flour to thicken then add it to the veg with the onions tomatoes and mushrooms which I've lightly cooked in olive oil. I also added herbs and spices and gluten free yeast extract for extra flavour.
This is gluten free and plant based and packs a nutritional punch is easy to make and I really enjoy simple healthy food like this.
