I decided to have oats with fruits and yogurt for lunch. Oats keep me fuller for longer. So I can power through the rest of the afternoon Yummy!!

Have you ever tried baking oats and fruit , yoghurt and 1 egg, takes about 40m to cook. Very filling I had to eat mine over two days.
