Dear 'Foodie' Friends,
I made some Watercress Soup, along with some Stewed Rhubarb, this evening. The rhubarb took Bloomin' Forever, must have been Forty Minutes🤷♂️. Anyway I had some myself, yes Delicious- Both of them. I took some down, to my neighbour- Michael likes my Cooking....Well SOMEONE has to! Seriously though he can't really cook himself and the Staff, who assist him (actually do the cooking) haven't time to 'Cook From Scratch'- every time.
The Rhubarb is just cut down, partly pealed and stewed with some sugar- occasionally stirring. The soup is to my usual recipe, which I have 'Published' before. (If anybody wants me, to do so again, just say.)
I have to say, that I AM 'Looking Forward' to making Soups again....when I have Finished the 'Backlog' of Last Years, that is!
