So I have had a tough week this week work and personal issues. Really struggling to stay on track now

Hi Icandothis2017-2018 I'm sorry that you've had a tough week everything seems to happen at once sometimes so welcome to the human race...what you have to do is stay focussed on your objectives and goals and try not to let these external pressures distract you from them.

If you eat well then you can deal with situations better as a bad experience doesn't mean we have to make our selves more unhappy with unhealthy eating.

So my advice is to try and stay focussed because if you can deal with adverse situations without succumbing to temptation then you will gain strength and know that you can do it.

And best wishes as life is hard sometimes.

Really sorry to hear you've had a tough week. Be kind to yourself this weekend, if you can, and see how things go next week - hopefully you'll be able to re-charge your batteries a bit, and you can deal with things in a better frame of mind - I sometimes use the saying 'This too will pass' to help me in situations that are really feeling stressful. Maybe asking for some support or help from people who care might also be a way forward.

Whatever you do, I hope your weekend is one where you can recuperate and re-charge.

Back on track weighed this morning and only put on 10oz so not that bad
