Tonight’s dinner- Lemon Pepper pan fried salmon with salad which consisted of:

Baby spinach, rocket, red onion, radish, capsicum, cucumber, grape tomatoes, avocado, cranberries, cashews and grated Romano cheese.

Very tasty.

I never used to be a fan - my preference is for white fish but covered in Lemon pepper and lemon juice (or with A teriyaki marinade it’s quite nice).
