Made this salad for my main meal, quite high in calories - 674 - but I think healthy, with the exception of the bit of sage& onion stuffing and half a pack of crisps. There's romaine lettuce, pea shoots, cucumber, celery, grapes, pecans, low fat soft cheese, continental cheese.... would you agree it's healthy?

Mega Salad
Love a good salad, especially with cheese 😊 Yum yum
Looks good enough to eat! I've given up crisps, but would add radishes and tomatoes instead, as they are my favourites at the moment - and they would add another colour to the mix Nothing tastier than a big plate of healthy colourful salad!
That certainly does look scrumptio-licious. I love salad - but I am another one who likes plenty of colour on my plate (and my plate looks like your plate ) so I'd be inclined to add some grated carrot perhaps with a splash of herby olive oil.
Depending on mood, and what I have in, some other things I might consider are beetroot, bell pepper, broccoli, cauliflower, cress, cranberries, fine beans, satsuma. The more colour you eat (with regard to fresh foods) the more chance you have of getting the full range of micronutrients.

Does the stuffing have bread mixed in?
Instead of the crisps, you could add sweet potato - cubed, rubbed with olive oil, black pepper, pinch of salt and baked. Healthy and yummy.
thanks, tend to avoid olive oil though cos of the high calories!
Olive oil can play a part in a healthy weight loss diet as demonstrated in the mediterranean diet and explained (briefly) in this post precisionnutrition.com/10-w... But if you prefer to avoid it and are looking to lose weight rather than just eat healthy have you checked out lemon water? tasty-yummies.com/2013/03/1... If you have access to organic ones you should ideally use the peel, either blended into your water or grated into food, for the extra benefits stored within it. healthextremist.com/lemon-p...
Take a look at this video (sorry about the voice ) for how vinegar has been shown to help. nutritionfacts.org/video/ap...
