Since my last post far to much has happened. Overtime and tiredness, depression kicking butt and then some sad news. It has kinda tipped me over the edge last couple of weeks and just ate for the heck of it. But not gaining lbs just ounces.

Sounds like a lot has happened for you since you last posted, and I'm sorry to hear you've had sad news to contend with, plus the overtime and tiredness, and all of that affecting your mood. I hope you can get some support from someone you trust, or maybe friends and family, or colleagues. At least you've only gained some ounces, and not pounds - like you said. Hey Icandothis2017-2018 fistly I'm sorry that you've had sad news so please beat yourself over the odd indulgence, it doesn't sound like its hurt much accept your pride so you can reverse things and get yourself back on track and feel better for it.

I get paid next week and do 2 separate shops one at work for discount and another in a budget friendly supermarket. I wanna b at least 2 dress sizes down by Xmas. I have noticed in some shops the bigger the size the bigger the prices. Used my recipe book to plan shop and meals. So gonna try and really work hard not to a point am losing a drastic amount but aim for 2.5-3.5lb a week so I am on 1st a month target. Then at least am gonna be heading into Xmas/new year lighter and new clothes
So I weighed in Saturday while in a blind panic and having been in the emergency department of hospital with my poor dad. I randomly throughout the drama decided to jump on scales unsure if it was because I never ate or the running about and stress but lost 2lb in the space of 7 days unsure how but did
So I fell off wagon 2 nights this week due to stress and exhaustion. However just got weighed and down 1lb and 6oz
