Longevity is not legality. That it's taking this long doesn't mean it should be so.the universe has given us the opportunity to correct anything we truly don't like.

Certainly many people blame things on their genes, eg obesity, arthritis. And whilst some genes define exactly what happens, eg the colourof someone's eyes, on the other hand some genes increase the risk by giving a predisposition. So there is a gene that gives one a predisposition for arthritis. Without it you are unlikely to get arthritis, with it you should take more care.

So what is more care? Food intake has been shown to switch on/switch off many genes. So by choosing the foods we eat we can alter many of our potential life health outcomes.
