Last night there was a partial eclipse of the moon so I thought it would be interesting but I couldn't see the moon then I noticed Hooligo and her sister with their offspring coming up my drive, they obviously didn't want a lecture from me so turned around and crossed the road to loiter in the shadows.
I won't fence then off so if they want to come on my property thats fine with me even though they cause mayhem and will wipe out a cabbage patch over night.
I've noticed the deer and boars are all quite amicable but they treat humans with great caution and I think they probably see us as the vandals but one things for sure they prefer us in our enclosures...π
The photograph isn't very good because it was dark but I actually really like the impressionist effect that you can get with night photo's.
I can just about make out your visitor, Hooligo. Just shows what you spot at night when you're chasing the Moon Eclipse! Good that you're getting along with your neighbours.
I know they're a bit blurry but it was just after 10pm and the sun has just set, there's another large boar behind the large white stone and 3 babies so it was nice. And I really like them as neighbours. π
As for photographing the partial eclipse, there is no success like failure...π
LOL Debs, they came back and woke me up last night as the young boars were playing and squealing with delight.
I'm so sorry that you're having trouble with your neighbours, it sounds unpleasant. And for some reason these tough macho thugs don't want to pick on forest folk and I wonder if its because we've all got chainsaws...π
And I'm sorry about the delay in replying there's a notification issue that HU are working on.
