Hi everyone im new here just testing the water out on here

i need some advice or tips on my eating, or else i will die for sure i think the way im going,

im 6.4 tall and slim just under 12 stone, anything what is good for you i dont like, what im after is 2 things, is there someone i can contact to understand how many cal my body actually burns or (Needs) i pursume everyone is different regardless of the guidelines , because for me its a lot, i can eat lots prob to much,no weight is added, ive tried! and once i know this maybe i can set up a proper healthy food,

but looking at packages on food i take to work with me prob about 2500 Kcal then when i get home i reckon i eat if not more than this, with my main dinner and deserts ect,

even a friend at work was shocked as i watch him eat his healthy 90Kcal bars

but i do know some people have to eat up to 6000Kcal per day while training, ie fitness but im not even training, surly there is a test you can have done out there i wonder.

You could take a resting metabolic rate test. In the UK they are about £200. I probably shouldn't post any links as they might be seen as advertising but if you have problems finding them I could PM you.

Might also be worth seeing your doctor if you feel your food intake is too high given your weight as there may be some underlying problem.

Have you looked at websites such as cronomoter.com which can calculate your daily needs.

Don’t know if this is a ‘possibility’, swat9uk, but do you have additional hyperthyroid-like symptoms( ( nhs.uk/conditions/overactiv... , btf-thyroid.org/information... , thyroiduk.org.uk/tuk/about_... )? 🤔

If so, may be worth checking with your physician 👨‍⚕️?

Very best wishes, swat9uk. 😌 🙏 🍀 🌺 🌞
