evening family meal cooked and prepared by my wife, was fish and chips with pickled seaweed and Chinese young kale. I love this variety of kale with olive oil and lemon juice and sometimes will eat it on it's own as a snack.
I also had a very big portion of cold refreshing water melon.
thank you Zest, I enjoyed it very much. the picked seaweed really goes very nicely with fish and chips 🙂..the young Chinese kale is probably my favourite vegetable..I will be having some more for breakfast in about an hour's time 🙂
