I hope you find some good answers here, I have the same problem
Hi Icandothis2017-2018
What do you think is happening around 2 or 3pm, is there any particular trigger or event that you think is connected?

Not really just boredom and knowing I can just grab anything at hand.
Maybe think about things you could do to distract yourself/relieve the boredom, and consider putting tempting things out of reach, or maybe not having them accessible?
Pre-planning can really help - although again, it's a personal thing - so find out what works best for you.
Good luck, and hope you have a great week.
I like your username - very positive!

I meal plan but never stick with it. I have mild depression so maybe that factors in somewhere I am going wrong too. Maybe 1 health problem at a time to be sorted
I know how you feel, Ive been diagnosed with diabetes which means I have to eat healthy. I try, cooking this way is more involved. I keep buying vegetables and they end up going bad because I don't cook them in time. I was suppose to make a minestrone soup Monday, it's now Thursday and I still haven't made it yet. I will attempt to make it today? Hopefully? Lol. I like making soup because it's ready so less likely that I will eat something Bad. Try that
Hi there...So I’m probably an oldie on here (age 53) but here’s what helped me as two years ago I was diagnosed with severe carpal tunnel syndrome in both wrists. I tried everything externally...wrist exercises, heating pads, cold compresses, icy-hot gels, I was on pain meds, and scheduled for surgery. But nothing was curing it, only easing the pain temporarily. I have 3 kids-2 older and one younger, single mom, 3 dogs, 2 story house, full time job, and all I could think about was being sick around future grandkids? No way...I’m to young! So Then I went deeper and said “what can I do internally? It MUST BE changing my lifestyle of eating!”. And sure enough in my late at night research and documentaries, I decided to try going Vegan (although now I’m more plant base) on 8/13/17 and I’ve never looked back. Carpal tunnel pain is the nerve being compressed and that’s from inflammation around it so with my inflammation gone, no more PAIN! Nor my other joints throughout my body! I feel 30 again! I move faster than my 3 kids...SO WHILE BEING A HEALTHIER ME for my kids and future grand kids, you have to ask yourself what is your WHY that you are trying to eat healthier. And research your WHY and the benefits you’ll gain for your WHY. When you know your WHY, then determination sets in. And I never say I changed my diet, I tell people I changed my “lifestyle, my way of eating”. And at my 2-3p hour, I’ve learned I’ll snack if I didn’t eat enough at lunch 12-1p. The fuller you are longer, you won’t snack as much and you’ll look forward to dinner time. When I do snack it’s dairy free ice cream, sliced apples and peanut butter rolled in sunflower seeds, a banana with cinnamon sprinkled on it and vegan friendly animal crackers, Or a smoothie! People say I look great, my skin is glowing, I look restful, etc...but I say “thank you and I FEEL great”. I feel healthy inside...it’s the inside that matters, and the outside will reflect it! TAJE CARE AND I KNOW YOU CAN DO THIS! Ms Taylor
