Chicken coconut soup. I love the sourness of this creamy soup. I sometimes make it with just mushrooms but tonight it was with both chicken and mushroom. Lovely.

The combination of flavours are made for each other and it puts this dish in a class of its own.
Well worth trying it..its very much a favourite in house. I always save some of the soup for next day and add scallops, fresh herbs and cream with it.
