Bank Holiday Fry Up

This is a pretty common breakfast for us: it always starts with potato or sweet potato, then involves whatever veg and other bits we have in the fridge that needs used - today it was potato, peppers, mushrooms, apple and bacon all fried together. It's a really filling breakfast :)
