For dinner tonight I made the recipe Zest shared recently. I had chicken in the freezer, coriander, garlic and ginger in the fridge and the spices in the pantry. I just needed to buy some natural yogurt. I served it with a little rice, carrots, beans and broccoli. Thanks Zest!
