I’ve just joined so hoping this is a good way to get advice and stay motivated in my healthy eating goals. I’m not following any particular diets but following a (mostly) whole foods motto ( I won’t pretend I’m not occasionally naughty, I have the odd chocolate bar and bag of crisps, takeaway on the weekend). I have definitely cut down on the amount of sugar and processed foods I eat and for the most part feel a lot better for it! I’ve also cut out eating bread and pasta and minimised things made with white flour and feel like this has made a massive difference. 😁
