I'm making a bit of a leap here - are you following quite a high protein diet, to help build muscle? I'm assuming so, so I'll suggest the foods the guys at my work talk about:

They quite like doing pulled pork or beef in a slow cooker, or tacos (using romaine lettuce leaves instead of taco shells) using lean beef mince.

Mushrooms are a really good source of protein, with next to no calories. I would also look at maybe subsidising Quinoa (a good source of protein) for rice. A guy at my work adds a tbsp of peanut butter and a tbsp of chia seeds to porridge for a good protein boost at breakfast.

Hi Dog76

Welcome to the Healthy eating forum. There are quite a few recipes and meal ideas in the forum, so you could have a look around to see if any ideas inspire you.

Have you tried a Chilli Con Carne made with Turkey mince? I think that's a tasty meal. Plus the beans.

I really enjoy Slow-cooked meals - and you can add great ingredients to those - and make plenty at once so that you can have a few meals from it.

Zest :-)
