Whenever I select bananas, I try to choose the greenest ones I see. I like the visual here for depicting the banana at different stages of ripeness, and thanks for sharing this.

I find the greenest one a bit hard to digest at that stage, I like them best at stage 2 barely ripe, beyond that I’m not keen on the taste or texture so I have a very small banana eating window! Luckily youngest son likes them very ripe so none get wasted 😀
