After the polls on soups and then lentil stew, I made some soup today, by gently cooking red onions garlic to soften them, then added the cooked celery cut in short pieces with the cooked lentils and chopped parsley sea salt black pepper low salt bouillon, then I blended 3/4 of it and put it back in the saucepan and cooked gently. This is gluten free and plant based, the blended celery and lentils make a very smooth creamy mix. I had it with some freshly baked gluten free bread rolls made with GF bread flour and buckwheat flour with seeds.
A healthy warming soup is just so perfect this time of year as it makes me feel warm and pleasant inside...π
