Dinner tonight, low fat chicken. One of our favourite dishes even though it contains no butter or cream. The sauce is made from chicken stock and a few herbs thickened with plain flour. The secret ingredient is red currant jelly that adds a glaze as well as a very nice flavour.
I served it with carrot mash, potatoes and peas but virtually any vegetables are a suitable accompiament.
