High Blood Pressure and Cholesterol

Hi, I need some recipes for breakfast,lunch,and dinner to get me start on lowering my blood pressure and cholesterol.I would really appreciate any help even with snacks.I do not mind cooking.I have a handbook on what to eat and what not to eat but I need recipes to get me started.

My LDL P is high and also my total cholesterol so I made some changes to my diet. I used to eat lot of fried foods, rice. So I completely stopped them. I completely stopped eating bread. Now my diet includes rolled oats, cracked wheat, lentils, black and pinto beans, chick peas, varieties of fruits and vegetables. I tried to include one of the beans or chick peas and lentils every day for atleast 2 meals. Tried to eat my dinner early by 6:30-7 and no snacks after dinner. It helped my husband to bring his cholesterol down back to normal in 6 weeks and no medications. GP was very impressed with the changes we made .
