A bit more local scenery

This morning we went for a walk along the estuary. Angel, our dog loves it. This evening we went for a walk along the beach. I’ve also included a picture of one of the local residents- we have a lot of seabirds here including majestic pelicans, and a photo of a nearby river. We enjoy cruising up the river - there’s lovely picnic spots and 3 good pubs we can pull into for lunch.

I find the more I go walking, the less I feel like eating and being at one with nature inspires me to eat healthier.

Wow, what wonderful photos - I love them all. Your dog (Angel) is so cute. I really like the Majestic Pelican too. The beach photo is so exotic and I can imagine being there with bare feet enjoying the ripples of sand. Lovely.
