Hi everyone, here's what I had for lunch today its a home baked gf roll with some home made cashew nut butter.
To make the cashew nut butter I roasted some cashew nuts and let them cool a little then put them in a grinder and they were soon a lovely silky smooth paste, I was going to add to it but its so nice I decided to eat it as it it.
Home made cashew nut butter is gluten free plant based and great for those with diabetes. π
I love your photo of your lunch - very Artisitcally presented, and I really like your homemade Cashew nut butter - with home baked GF roll - they look sooooo tasty. I bet they both tasted so good. I like the sprinkling of seeds on top of the roll too - scrumptious and full of great nutrients as well as fibre. Yum!
Thank you Zest, I saw a recipe for cashew butter and they had a pot with cashew nuts scattered around it and I thought that looks good so I copied it LOL... I eat lots of tomatoes so put them in as well as thats what I had with it. π
