I’ve been dealing with Binge Eating Disorder for so long and I’ve been doing so well with joy giving into my urges, but it’s been getting really hard lately. Any advice?

Maybe you could list out what you generally eat on a typical day (all meals, drinks, and snacks)? Binging, quite often, is not a psychological disorder but triggered by certain foods. Or at least it starts off that way. Switching away from those foods (which requires a bit of willpower for a few days!) can often help a lot.
Hi silver_blue, I'd get professional counselling and here's a link to NHS advice:

And I wish you well and please feel free to talk about how you're getting on and your feelings as this to me is important for your well being.

Hi,
If you are craving foods or feel like you want to eat --
Try filling a glass or bottle with water and couple of berocca vitamins.
If you find yourself getting anxious, take a gulp.
It really helps (the magnesium, calcium and B vitamins are calming).
You could also try multivitamin pills and a glass of water.
After either option, wait 90 seconds, and see what happens.
If the cravings are still there, go outside and take a walk, call a friend, anything preventative or also curative.
Another option:
Take some mouthwash (teeth cleaning liquid) and swirl it around your mouth. This helps on a psychological level.
Best wishes
Jon
