Yer just half Marg to flour for pastry Then part bake in oven Grate cheese chop onion finely Layer alternatively in flan Then I beat up egg and some milk Add salt and pepper Pour over filling Bake gas mark 5 till nearly set the. turn up to 6 to just add colour for a bit
