This is one of my favourite meals as its easy and its nutritious and my house smells great while it cooks, tonight I had it with a baked potato another favourite of mine. Its curly kale, sugar snaps, sweet peppers, hot chilli white onions in a spicy peanut butter sauce served with a baked potato which I really like. To me this shows how we can cook tasty meals with just a few veg and one pan and how easy is that...
To me this is real 'free from' food as its free from additives, processed foods, dairy and gluten so its vegan and gluten free.
