In some ways there is something here to offend everyone as they don't advocate a specific diet (no eat vegan" or "eat paleo") and say when evidence is lacking.

I believe in lchf and keto diet concept. Scientific and unharmful. Carbs are mainly a source of energy -which we can get from protein and fat - fibres and some nutrients. For healthy life one should restrict carbs intake maximum to 150 g per day. Complex carbs better than simple carbs.
