I thought this was a great article.

The Q&A format makes it fun to read, and the advice seems generally good.

In some ways there is something here to offend everyone as they don't advocate a specific diet (no eat vegan" or "eat paleo") and say when evidence is lacking.

I especially liked this part:

I had a quick skim read and thought it was well written and also amusing in places, made me smile - I'll hope to read it again on the weekend. Thanks for sharing this.

Can't agree in toto.Many views are prejudiced.

1) views on ketosis i differ.

2) saturated fats.They are good.The article doesn't assert that coconut oil is good.

3) why should one take even 5% sugar?

4) though i don't eat meat the views on meat i don't agree. Red meat from grass fed animals good.Fat meat is better than or as good as lean meat.

The author is still prejudiced against (good ) fats and cholesterol.

I believe in lchf and keto diet concept. Scientific and unharmful. Carbs are mainly a source of energy -which we can get from protein and fat - fibres and some nutrients. For healthy life one should restrict carbs intake maximum to 150 g per day. Complex carbs better than simple carbs.
