So I haven't been able to sleep go lately but I have found that Cherry juice before bed helps some. I know it has melatonin in it so. I don't know what's wrong with me, I can fall asleep during the day but not at night. I can be so tried that I can't keep my eyes open yet when I go and lay down I can't sleep. But anyways I'm going to turn in and hope it isn't another restless night....

I have the same issue. I can't go to sleep at night but could fall asleep during the day.

Didn't know that about cherry juice. Interesting....

I do know cherries are good for you, but can't remember the reason why. Think I have a few in the freezer.

Fresh Cherries have more pain killing power than NSAIDs, so perhaps it is that which is helping.

I have sleep issues also. After I eat I HAVE to take a nap--a long nap and then when I go to bed (with or without nap) I can only sleep about 6 hours. So frustrating. I know we are supposed to be able to change our sleep patterns but when you have to fall asleep after eating it is kind of hard to do.

It helps me enough to at least get some sleep.
