Well, had venison and spinach for breakfast but herring and cottage cheese for lunch and will have scallops, squid and tiger prawns for supper with some roasted beetroot.

Hi Rignold, this is one lean but not mean lunch so fair play to you. And your supper sounds equally lean and healthy, I have to confess the roasted beetroot sounds just me, so enjoy 😊

My fish mainly comes from tins but sometimes I buy the more fancy tins lol !
