Hi my name is Tahirah and I need all your lovely recipe ideas. I'm experiencing IBS so I am eating healthy however I am unable to eat my mum's homemade food due to the spices etc. So please can you tell me lunch/dinner menu tips that I can eat. I am aware of what types of food to eat but I struggle with making on the spot etc I need to have everything already planned. Bit poorly since yesterday got my secondition appointment with my dietician in 3 weeks she didn't say much except my aim for now was to eat 3 times a day with a snack I between. I'm not a great cook either just something simple and light I need to eat. Many thanks
