Apple cider vinegar a day keeps the doctor away

Trying 2 glasses of apple cider vinegar and lemon water daily to improve my digestion and reduce bloating from meals. Is anyone else into apple cider vinegar? Has it made a difference for you?

Yes, I do buy Apple cider Vinegar, with the 'mother' in it, and I think it does help my digestion. But I don't have it every day.

I use apple cider vinegar but don't drink it as I like it with salads mostly. I admire your determination to make changes and you're in good company on here so I'd take it one day and one meal at a time and let your diet will evolve with your understanding of what works for you.

Taking the flirts step is the hardest and you've started and joined us so keep it up. 😊

Do make sure that you dilute ACV well, as it is very acidic. I like to use it as part of a salad dressing.

We use this all the time.

I buy the organic apple cider vinegar with mother and add lemon juice to mine as well.

Endometriosis has given me a annoying cough. I also suffer with GERD as I have reflux osphagus.

It stops the cough and calms my digestive system.

I have it on fish and chips , salads, dry fried eggs.

It's the only vinegar we use.😀
