I’m finding fitness pal a strange app.
It tells me I should eat 1200 calories to lose weight! Surely that is way too low! I changed it to 1300 but my average is around 1400-1500
I’m always over on sugars too when I’m eating healthy and not overloading on fruit!
Does anyone else have this issue?
Also find it doesn’t fill most vitimins for a lot of items so it kind of makes the app a bit pointless?
