I have started with incontinecy and it is getting me down I am 70 yrs old and 5ft 7" and 16 stone can anyone please help me to diet I am desperate to lose weight I drink no added sugar drinks but I do drink Alcohol but not much any help would be appreciated

Do you have any allergies to certain foods/medication? Did you talk to your doctor about a change in diet/weight loss plans?

Do you count carbs for each meal and snack you eat during your day?

thank you for your reply and no I don't count carbs my daughter is type one diabetic and she knows all about carbs and blood sugars but like i said I just relapse but it is getting me really down If i could just lose 3 stone I would be pleased

You GP is the best person to see regarding incontinence as it may be due to an easily treatable infection, though it's important they rule out any other possible causes.

Please cut out the no sugar drinks as artificial sweeteners are toxic, & worse for the body than sugar. Try water with a slice of lemon, orange or other fruit. Melon's really nice.

Take a look at these food guidelines, & avoid eating things that have no nutritional value.
