Eat two chinese takeaway dishes (eg black bean with beef and egg-fried rice) and you are possibly exceeding your daily salt ration.

Hi Andy,

I don't have Chinese food much these days - but when I do have a take-away I have noticed that it is quite salty tasting.

But I enjoy it occasionally, that's for sure. :-)
