Good morning again folks,

Just to bring it to everyones attention that its 'Walk all over Cancer' with 10,000 steps this March.

We all know how cancer is the enemy of our bodies and the importance of exercise so here's a link to the campaign and if any members are participating then please say.

Hi Hidden ,

Great to hear about all the initiatives going on. I always try to aim for 10,000 steps a day minimum, and I have to say that it's proving to be more challenging to reach that this snowy week!!! But I'm doing my best. :-)
