I feel pain in back neck and I have swelling from last two years which have now started paining. Can anyone suggest if it is arthritis / Cervical spondylitis does it get cured.

It’s best if you ask a qualified medic as folks on here are only able to guess what causes your symptoms, & guessing won’t help.

The issues you mentioned are degenerative, though you can help a lot of symptoms that may affect you with appropriate exercise & a good diet.

Try joining the chronic pain forum once you’ve seen your doctor or a physiotherapist that can advise you. Pain management can also be very helpful with regard to learning best practice for coping with long term pain issues.
