Hi folks, well here's what I had for tea, I make my own dressings and this is avocado and lime. I blend an avocado with the juice of 1 lime, 2 teaspoons virgin olive oil 2 desert spoons of cider vinegar and a little ginger, then I add water gradually until its the right consistency. I really like this as its a bit like a sweet and sour dressing and is much healthier than shop bought mayo's. By using cider vinegar keeps it gluten free as well.
I had it with a baked potato which I filled with the dressing and as I made to much I coated the chicken as well.
